I’m feeling kind of blue this morning. Easter Sunday used to be a special holiday in my household. As a boy, I looked forward to it with such excitement. Sadly, now I look at it as just another day. My late Grandmother was the matriarchal glue that kept my family involved. Many of us have passed on over the years or we find ourselves fragmented into our isolated branches of the family tree. I long for the days when all this meant something. I volunteered to work today and I find myself regretting that. I should be at home breaking bread with my loved ones.
